Unlimited data.
Finally, an Internet plan that offers you unlimited monthly usage. The price of your plan will vary with the download speed you want.2 Several speed options are offered between speeds of 30 and 200 Mbps and you can change your mind every month if you feel like it.3,4 If one of the speed options is unavailable at your address, you will not be able to click on it.
Modem and app included.
To enjoy Fizz Home Internet, you need a Fizz Wi-Fi modem, which also serves as a router. Happily, both the modem and its app are included in your plan.
Download the free Fizz Wi-Fi app on Google Play or the App store to conveniently manage your modem and access to your network.

Select the installation option for your modem.
Easy Self-installation
Your subscription includes self-installation, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised to see how easy it is. After receiving your modem by mail, detailed and simple instructions will guide you to install it and configure your network.
All-inclusive VIP installation
Prefer we take care of everything? No worries. Just select the VIP installation option at the cost of $60 to have our technician install your modem, as well as configure your Wi-Fi network and connection.5

Activate your modem
The Fizz modem must be activated to switch to the speed associated with your plan. With the Self-installation option, Fizz will activate it remotely three (3) days after its delivery date, but you can activate it yourself in your account if you’re ready before then.
You had an appointment with a technician for your installation? In that case, the technician will activate it for you.

Avoid doubling up.
Contact your previous provider to cancel your Internet subscription with them, and avoid paying double.

Know what to expect.
Your first monthly payment will be charged to your credit card the day you subscribe.5 Your monthly payment cycle, however, will start with the activation of your Fizz Wi-Fi modem.
Thanks to pre-authorized payments, you’ll always know exactly how much your Home Internet plan will cost for the upcoming month. The amount will be automatically billed to your credit card every month, 72 hours before the date your Fizz Wi-Fi modem was activated.

Activate your reward.
As soon as your plan is live, a first reward from our loyalty program awaits in your account. Activate it and one dollar will be taken off the price of your plan every month.6
