Once again, Fizz is renewing its partnership with BIXI, the most popular eco-friendly alternative means of transportation in town, and the most colourful with Fizz themed bikes.

Set up in an îlot d’été, one of the 25 outside workstations where Fizz offers free Wi-Fi, and you’ll receive a free BIXI monthly membership.1
The month following your first connection, keep an eye out for the îlots d’été newsletter. Your BIXI code will be there and you’ll have 30 days to use it.
Here’s how it works:

Insert your credit card in the terminal or log in to the BIXI app1.

Follow the instructions and unlock a BIXI.

Ride away.
You’ll get a free BIXI ride valued at $7: that’s 40 minutes on a standard BIXI or 20 minutes on an electric one. Once this limit is exceeded, you can keep riding, but you will be charged the extra minutes at the regular rate per minute. Please note that a $100 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card.

Nothing like biking to take your mind off things. And so much better than climbing up the wall. Oh wait, you can climb up a wall.

The expression Like a fish out of water is too dramatic for us. From now on, we’re going for Like a surfer stuck with a sock. Same feeling of discomfort, but funnier image, no?
Rollercoaster
Thrill seekers, grab your BIXI and head down the côte Berri. Close to a rollercoaster, but keep those hands on the handlebars.
